We stand for concrete, fast, and verifiable support for people in Ukraine who risk their lives every day—on the front lines and in the aftermath of attacks on civilians. These are real heroes.

Founded by Dominik, a former soldier who has served in Kupiansk and Kramatorsk, WAR-OTTER is built on firsthand experience, not theory. He knows exactly what is missing when it matters most: warmth, power, protection, food, and reliable equipment—things that, under constant strain, decide between life and death.

We support:

  • Combat medics, fire brigades, and rescue units who deploy immediately after attacks, extinguish fires, rescue people from rubble, and treat the wounded under fire.

  • Frontline units that lack essential equipment to protect themselves and hold their positions.

Through WAR-OTTER, we provide targeted support:

​

  • Medical emergency equipment for combat medics and first responders (IFAKs, tourniquets, emergency access systems)

  • Protective and operational gear for frontline and rescue units (helmets, plate carriers, backpacks, hydration systems, lighting)

  • Basic field supplies (clothing, weather protection, field rations)

  • Reconnaissance and defensive tools for situational awareness and protection (including drones)

  • Logistics and transport to deliver aid quickly and directly to where it is needed

WAR-OTTER is a registered company in Kyiv. Donations are delivered directly to the units - without detours - within days. Every delivery is fully documented, including receipts, photos, and videos of the handover.

This work requires resources: equipment, transport, fuel, and on-site coordination. You can support specific projects or enable the ongoing operations that make these deliveries possible.
